 Our
company was established in 1997 and incorporated as Custom Builders
NW Corporation in 2005 by Troy and Christine Wilson. Through
hard work and commitment we have built the company to what it
is today. Our new location for our office is 847 Minard Ave.
NW - Ocean Shores, WA.
We have built a company that
takes pride in the quality of workmanship that goes into every
new home. We believe in honesty, and always strive to use the
best product possible for the integrity and the longevity of
each home we build. We have a wide range of skilled subcontractors
and employees who take a personal commitment to build each home
with the best of those skills.
 To
make our customers experience stress free and enjoyable, we work
with Gary
and Cathy Elmore of Windermere Real Estate - Ocean Shores,
to help you find that special piece of land to build your custom
home and with Andy
and Cynthia Nelson of Plans's Unlimited to develop the plans
for your dream home.
Troy Wilson brings over 25 years
of hands on construction experience to his company. We are skilled
in all phases of residential construction as well as commercial.
As custom and spec home builders, we concentrate building homes
on lakes, canals, bay front, Ocean front, and on wildlife refuge
view lots. We try to build a home that not only has curb appeal
but also has a view of your surroundings.

 As a courtesy to our clients we have
designed our web site to be user friendly, for not only local
clients, but also our out of area clients. We update our website
on a regular basis with progress photos of your project to view
at your leisure and share with your family and friends.
