Dave still throws the tool belt on and likes to be on the job site as much as his day allows. He enjoys passing on his knowledge and experience to others and is proud of his crew’s rapport. Dave started his first business at the age of 22, operating a small but successful construction company. 35+ years later, he still loves the work and appreciates meeting new clients and developing a strong sense of team integrity with customers, sub-contractors, and his crew. Dave is an outdoor enthusiast, and spends as much time in the woods and water as he can.
Josh joined our team in 2015. He is a quick study of current construction techniques and continues to develop his skill and knowledge in the trades. Following graduation from North Kitsap High School, he started his career as a union apprentice carpenter and went through their training program before deciding to join our team. Josh is passionate about tile work but takes a lead role in rough to finish carpentry. Josh enjoys vacationing in Montana and spends his off-time hiking and kayaking.
Brian has worked for the company since 2016, bringing a wide range of experience to our team, including over 17 years as a carpenter. He has particular talent for finish carpentry. Also a graduate of North Kitsap High School, Brian went through the Construction Tech program where he developed an early desire for a vocation in the trades. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, running, and vacationing in Hawaii.
Keoni is a retired government pipefitter and long-time friend of our owner. He brings humor and site support by assisting the guys with clean-up, general tasks, delivery of materials etc. Once you meet Keoni, you’ll know why the crew and clients love him. He’s just a good dude to have around. Keoni is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, kayaking, crabbing, and telling stories around a campfire.
Kim is the keel under the boat that keeps the company from capsizing. She handles all of our licensing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and state and federal taxes. She has her own company as a bookkeeper for other businesses and is a gem to have on our team.
